There is only one type of sin that is unforgivable ... I think that is what you are referring to ... and that is blasphemy. The way I understand it is that blasphemy is to reject or deny the presence or any action of the Holy Spirit. PS - For what it's worth, and just for the record, I prefer saying "Holy Spirit" rather than "Holy Ghost" because "ghost" refers to a "departed spirit" and the Holy Spirit is the Living Spirit of God.

That's Brett Hickey ... he has 3 videos that outline 8 sins against the Holy Spirit. He makes some good points and presents good examples, but that is not to say that these are the only ones that exist.

All his examples point out one thing (which I said above): The only sin which is unforgivable is that which denies the presence of or any action of the Holy Spirit.

Allright I understand but I have another question about this verse: 1 Korintiërs 5:11,1

11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

How far do we have to go with that? May we talk to that person, or is it only forbidden to eat with them. Do we sin if we let such people in to our house?

1 Corinthians 5:10 and on is speaking about your relationship with others who say they are believers. Note that it is *not* speaking about those who do not claim to be believers.

If you know someone who claims to be a believer and yet is worshiping others gods, fornicating, getting drunk, etc., certainly you should talk to them and ask them why they are being so disobedient. If they refuse to care about changing, then you should stop spending *any* time with them and tell them why.
