Type wedding traditions in the subject line on the Internet, you will get many things such as who pays for what, who should stand up with you, and many other pieces of advice. There is alot out there on the web.

Look up sites on your religion and your ethnic backgrounds so that you can see what traditions are common for both. For example…for Catholics you never put more than three Jordan Almonds wrapped in netting as a wedding favor because the almonds are meant to symbolize “The Father, Son and Holy Spirit”. So the traditions are based on personal beliefs and cultures. By the way, congratulations on your upcoming wedding.

You can also try http://www.weddingchannel.com and enter wedding traditions in their site search box. It brings up cultural wedding traditions as well as listing them by country. Good luck and congratulations.
